Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for requests to receive a different style or size.

We kindly advise you to review your order carefully before purchase. If you have concerns about your sizing, please email us at info@averiedae.com for assistance.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately at info@averiedae.com and include a photo of the damaged/faulty item and your order number.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must in its original packaging
  • The item must be unused and remain intact, including the nail tool kit
  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item in its original condition.

Note

All our nail sets are individually handmade, so slight variations in colour, shape or embellishments may occur. These small differences make each set unique and are not considered faulty.
